You wouldn’t eat 16 teaspoons of sugar, so why drink it?

In January 2015, an exciting video was launched to challenge Victorian Aboriginal community members to reduce their sugary drink intake.

VACCHO and Rethink Sugary Drink have partnered to:

  • highlight the significant health problems associated with sugary drink consumption, and
  • to encourage Victorian Aboriginal community members to 'rethink' sugary drinks and choose water instead.

In October 2015, the ad was first broadcast on NITV as part of the LiveLighter campaign; a Victorian social marketing campaign promoting healthy weight through healthy eating and physical activity.

Radio ad broadcast on community radio stations around Victoria!
