VACCHO Improvement Cycles (VICs)

What is it? VIC BRAND GREY webinar

A VACCHO Improvement Cycle (VIC) is a state-wide quality improvement project focused around a particular topic. The VICs were an idea generated by the (Members) Data Advisory Group (DAG) in November 2015 and uses ACCO health data to measure the changes over the three month period.

What does it look like?

All ACCO staff are invited to participate in a three month cycle consisting of resources, six webinars and hands on support. The webinars are presented on topics such as:

  • Using your PIRS system
  • Using Pen Computer Systems tools
  • ACCO Case Studies
  • Clinical best practice and evidence
  • Using technology
  • Sustaining change
  • Professional development
