A new health centre in Mildura will allow the expansion of services to continue, including delivering dental services, in partnership with the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
The Swan Hill Health Service has also recently been upgraded as has Balranald's Bes Murray Community Centre.
The Mallee District Aboriginal Service's Family Services Units support our clients in Mildura, Swan Hill, Kerang and Balranald as they strive to achieve their own goals in life.
We have four teams each focusing on different needs within our community:
The Family Services Unit works from the Best Interest Case Practice Model.
This means we strive to help our clients maintain their connections to their community, their families and importantly their culture.
