The duration and training delivery

This course is delivered as a series of two day workshops conducted over a 12 month period and is overseen by a coordinator, supported by a team of facilitators with industry and subject matter expertise. This is a practical course which emphasises improvement in the workplace with practical work-based tasks forming the basis of the assessment tasks.

Entry Requirements

Ideally participants will be employed within an organisation that delivers health care services or someone who aspires to a role as manager of a health service practice. Students entering this program are required to have sound writing skills to enable them to complete reports and submissions. Prior completion of a Certificate IV qualification in a relevant area is desirable.
