Why should I choose this course? 

This qualification will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a person working as a Human Resource Officer. Assessment tasks are based in the workplace and designed to enhance workplace practice. 

What are my career opportunities?

Some job roles that the skills and knowledge apply to could include human resources assistants, human resources administrators and payroll officers.

Pathways

Successful candidates could complete further studies at a diploma level in areas of interest.

The duration and training delivery

Workshops will be held in two or three day blocks on a monthly basis over a period of twelve months and are delivered by facilitators with extensive experience in human resources as well as facilitation.  Content of workshops will be based on industry best practice and include practical activities. All resources will be provided by VACCHO
