Cultural Supervision

Cultural Supervision is a process that facilitates the ‘cultural development’ and capacity of the superviser through reflection, critique and action. Cultural supervision is a formal process between two professional staff in a supportive environment. Our Aboriginal supervisory will provide an opportunity to address ethical, professional and best practice standards and to promote appropriate, respectful and effective client care. We currently have cultural supervision options available for clinical practice and managing Aboriginal peoples and programs.
